It was delivered on time it was l ordered perfect

Had to contact company regarding return, sent email , had no reply, contacted company by phone and had to phone again after being promised a return call which was not received , once i had explained about the damaged return company said they would send an immediate replacement, ( still awaiting this at the time of review ) did eventually get a good response if new item is ok etc, but found company hard work to deal with with returns and customer service

I ordered a product. The money was taken from my account, then I was informed the product eas out of stock and my money would be refunded. A 2003 calendar. How can you be out of stock in September.
