I ordered a set of wicker baskets, they were shipped the next day and received the following day. They are a good quality and should last for a very long time.

I bought an electric sharpner which was faulty . I emailed the company several times and nobody contacted me back . I eventually phoned and was told that the money would be refunded ( thought at the time this was good service) 2 weeks later still no refund !!! Have phoned and emailed them , but nobody replies .
