Quick and painless procedure, really friendly staff, made me feel comfortable and calmed down my nerves on the day. Really skilled Dr, was in and out of the clinic within 1.5 hours, went smoothly, no pain just a weird and slightly uncomfortable feeling when the local anaesthetic is being pumped in. Post-op care is great, I am now 1 week past my surgery and I’m already seeing amazing results, just have the tiniest bit of swelling which will go down soon, the incisions are hidden really well, even though mine are still fresh they’re well disguised! To anyone considering Gynecomastia Surgery and who is in two minds, I’d definitely say to do it asap! The feeling you get when you look down at your chest at the end of the surgery after suffering for years is indescribable. And when you decide to get surgery definitely get it done with Dr Nurein!

So I’m writing this 1 Year after my results. I had waited years to get this procedure done, myself and my partner went for a consolation which was very straight forward. They had building work being done inside and nobody was at the desk when we arrived. Not a big deal but after hyping myself up for something like this, it wasn’t a great first impression. The consultation was straight forward and lasted 15mins a female receptionist was also in the room which made me feel quite uncomfortable as I thought I’d just be talking to the Dr. My first proposed date of surgery had to be moved, not a problem but it was a slight inconvenience at the time. After finding a new date I went ahead and paid. So on the day of my surgery I arrived early, I was told to wait in the waiting room, fill out a form and once ready Dr Nurein would see me. After waiting years for this life changing surgery it wasn’t a welcoming experience at reception, she was very rude and a little patronising. It was like going to visit your GP. A lot of men suffer from embarrassment with this situation and sitting in the waiting room with other people, while the receptionist says your full name and what you’re having done isn’t helpful. I genuinely wanted to leave and not come back. But after talking to my partner I decided to stay and go ahead. The operation went fine. Even though you’re under local anesthetic there was times it was hurting and I could feel it but after telling the Dr he understood and increased the local anesthetic. I had great advice for my healing and followed all the information given to me. Wearing the compression vest was the hardest part for me. It’s uncomfortable & you can’t really do simple things like get out of bed that easy and it hard to shower but you get used to it. I went back a few weeks later to get my stitches taken out. I was happy with the results at first and was told my swelling would take 12-18 months to come down to start seeing results. Since then I’ve been extremely patient. It’s been 12 months since my operation and I haven’t had not 1 follow up call, text or email to ask about my progress or if I was actually happy with my procedure. The aftercare is such a let down. The communication is also a let down. When I needed to pay I was left voicemails and emails but once you’ve paid and you’ve had your surgery that really is it unfortunately. Sadly I will be getting this surgery again as my results are not what I expected, I understand they do free revisions if you’re not happy. I’m not happy, but I’d rather go somewhere else and pay for it then get it done for free sadly.

I know most reviews on here are done after just a few days which isn't really ideal as it takes a long time to see the end result. Personally I had my surgery of lipo plus gland removal 9 months ago now but sadly I needed to return for a touch up procedure to remove residual tissue on my right side. This had caused me a great deal of depression as I did not get the result I had hoped for, however after contacting the clinic with my concerns I had a further consultation in which Dr Nurein was more than happy to offer me a touch up surgery which I cannot express my gratitude as it really was getting me down to the point where i would not wear t shirts again. The touch up procedure was done within 30 minutes and already after 5 days post touch up sergery I can see my chest is a lot flatter now than before. Thank you to the whole team especially Olga and Dagmara who was so helpful and caring throughout and most importantly Dr Nurein. Hopefully now I can start to get some confidence back. Dr Nurein and his team are amazing. I had my surgery 5 days ago now and the aftercare has been great. The surgery was smooth and quick. All in all was only there for about 3 hours maybe just more. They made me feel very relaxed as I was nervous about been awake in the surgery. My biggest fear was been able to feel things but I hardly felt what was happening. There was some pulling and movement but not painful at all. Once you relax it’s a breeze from there. Olga made sure I was okay and constantly checked on me which was very reassuring. Her bubbly attitude made the process so much more relaxed. After the surgery I felt pretty good was a little sore for the first day or two but now I feel fine. Dag has been messaging me after my surgery to keep up to date on my recovery. She is very quick to reply and so easy to talk to. She has put any problems forward to the Dr and made me feel at ease about my recovery at home. It’s definitely a great thing been able to message Dag any concerns because it means you don’t sit there worrying over what could be nothing. These guys are fantastic. I can’t thank DR Nurein enough for what he has done for me. His easy going attitude in the consultation filled me with confidence.

Very professional experience. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I entered the building. There was a slight delay but was given periodic updates so I knew exactly what was happening. The nurses that assisted with the procedure were absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone that's considering it.

From the first consultation, felt i was in safe hands !The issue had been troubling me for a while and I decided to take the plunge. On the day of my surgery i was put at ease and helped all the way through the surgery. The surgery went smooth and painless and i could see the difference soon as i stood up. The aftercare are there 24 hours and have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout. Its 2 weeks after my surgery and i cant wait to see the results when im fully healed. 1 happy customer !

I can't recommend Dr Hassan and all of his staff more, its was a painless during the surgery only a mild ache after. I was made at ease immediately by the receptionist and the rest of the staff i was in for surgery at lunchtime and was back on the train home at 4pm. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr Hassan, i liked the fact its local anesthetic not general like some use which also drives up the price and that this is all he does so like anything in life the more you do it the better you will be. I could see dramatic results immediately when i sat up after surgery. Cant recommend more! It's been a few days now and i have removed the plasters to clean around the nipple area, i literally cant see where the incision was i was expecting to see stitches but it just looks normal apart from some slight swelling and bruising. After i discussed this with Olga she told me i have internal dissolvable stitches, the results after a few days go way beyond my expectations

I have been suffering from gynocamastia for alot of years which affected me mentally too. I had to cover up with hoodies and body warmers to disguise it, I was so embarrased. After my video consultation I was so relieved to know Dr Nurein could help me. I was booked in for the surgery and was apprehensive but made to feel at ease during the whole procedure and any discomfort was minimal. Nearly two weeks on I am feeling fine, I have never needed pain killers and can tell already after removing the compression garment for a shower that the end results should be amazing. Had gland removal last October and was a great experience. Dr Nurein done a perfect job and all the staff were brilliant. The nurses are all friendly and make you feel very welcome. At the time of surgery I just wanted gland removal and didn’t really need lipo. However a year later changed my mind and asked the Dr if we could do Vaser. This is where Dr Nurein really listens to his patients and has made my chest look exactly how I want!. I would recommend Dr Nurein to anybody thinking of having this surgery! From the first enquiry, to the surgery to now (1 week post op) everything has been extremely professional and the service has been friendly. The surgery was over quickly and couldn’t fault a thing. Post op care has been on point with the team checking in on me via phone call to make sure recovery is going as expected. I was expecting a lot more swelling and pain at this stage of recovery but even at this point you can barely notice i’ve had surgery. Still a long way to go with the recovery and results will continue to look better and better with time which is exciting. 10/10 would recommend.
