I have recently bought a house in Penrhyn Bay through nu:move Angie and Dave Wignall. I have bought and sold many times in the UK but have NEVER experienced a service like that provided by Angie and Dave: kind, courteous, solicitous, highly efficient, prompt, responsive, reliable, and most of all HONEST. They said they would be there every step of the way and beyond. I thought "Oh Yes" BUT they have been and are! They worked extremely hard to smooth the way from hiccups with solicitors and property queries, to navigating probate. They eased the stress and tension that one expects to just endure in any purchase. Angie stayed regularily in touch by e-mail and txt and talk ensuring that all parties were on the same page and no communication lost.They offered a fund of local information: from cuture to trades people to GP's and vets.
