However, I found the initial call confusing because they didn’t clearly state at the beginning that they were representing Secure for Life. During the call, I provided all my details, thinking I was speaking directly with my insurance provider. It was only at the end that I received an email application from a different provider. While I understand that they are trying to find better options for customers, I felt a bit misled by the lack of transparency upfront. However, I want to highlight the positive aspect of my experience. I requested a call back from Dan to discuss my concerns, and he was incredibly helpful. He listened to my feedback about the process, acknowledged my feelings, and assisted me in canceling the changes without any hassle. Dan was polite and professional throughout, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I’m giving a 5-star rating only because of Dan’s excellent customer service, but I believe the company could improve by being more upfront about their identity and process at the start of the call.
