Good experience over the phone with Shaun, I’m really happy with the outcome of the unexpected call I received to review my insurance policy and cover, I would recommend this company. An observation though, sometimes people on the other side of the phone need to be mindful of those who aren’t native English speakers, to speak slower and clearer to make the experience even better.

Friendly approach from both call handler. Mostly dealt with Mitchell Clay, very patient, especially as I asked to be contacted the following day due to wanting to check authenticity of the caller/business as it was a cold call. Once contact made the following day Mitchell was both professional and thorough. Many thanks. It is worth noting that when called from the number i was called from, when checked this does show up on "who called me" sites as spam/scam etc.
