The staff, Ryan in particular, appeared very friendly, easy to talk to and provided a concise overview on everything. Cannot trust these people. They lie to you to get you to close your current Life Cover to go with whoever they introduce to you. Set of scammers. Reporting you to FCA will keep you lot in your lane.

Firstly they have all your details. I've been with LV for years SCL make it there part of them but there not. Direct Debit was set up checked them out when I got home they have nothing to do with LV called them up secure for life eventually got through to cancellations manager still tried to sell me policy some attitude he had I said nope just cancel Direct Debit He said OK phone went straight down. I got in touch with my bank explained they said keep eye for Direct debit if comes out and yes it came our on 14th Sept 2 weeks after cancelling with secure for life, cancelled it today bank put money back in account. My advice is keep away from this company absolute scam artists lowest of the low AVOID AT ALL COSTS
