Ashleigh was very easy to deal with and explained everything really well to lower what I am currently paying in cover. The phone call was a bit long as I was trying to work at the time but due to the amount of questions this is understandable.

When I initially got the call I was abit dubious about answering, because I get alot of spam calls, but the first woman I spoke to was great very informative ( sorry I don't remember her name ) but then she passed me over to ashleigh who went through everything again and again to make sure everything was in order, i was on the phone with her for nearly an hour, very polite woman and again informative and we had a little laugh, she put me at ease, we went with a new plan which looks great for my family's future if the worst ever happened to me I know they're secure, many thanks
