ordered 2 A boards and art work ... they were brilliant in ordering and dispatching and the art work done by them was fantastic ... however not one of the artwork stickers had been attached straight on all four sides of the A board ... very disappointed ... The whole team has been let down by whoever stuck the artwork onto the A board! and this from a sign company !!!! Sorry guys these A boards cost £300.00 not cheap

I purchased a queue barrrier for a new business , I was very pleased with the prompt arrival and the quailty of the barrier , and the after sales service is excellent ,when I had a query Display Wizard dealt with my e-mail promtly and curtiously, would definitely reccomend the Company.

We were very pleased with the speed of delivery. We were not so impressed to find that instructions are only available online. We are also not particularly impressed with the display board itself as it is quite unstable. The black clips are not sufficient and do not clip solidly into the section above. Quite frankly, we were scared that if someone sneezed next to it, it would fall over!

Ordered a banner and I'm really pleased with the product. Well engineered and study, looks really reliable. Comes with a good carrying case. Process was very easy to both order and place the artwork. And for once, this was really good value. Great work Display Wizard.

Nothing really wrong with the product or customer service. But in a previous sale we have booked 'next day delivery' expecting that it would turn up... the next day. It was not clear on the website (after I was told it was there, which is true but, in my opinion, as a customer, not as clearly stated as it could be) that it is next day after dispatch - that's really no good for anyone, and our product was rendered useless as it turned up after the date. When I called to discuss the issue I was basically shut down. However, having been burned this time when we returned to buy more products we were extra cautious and ensured adequate delivery on multiple fronts. We'll still use the services now we are aware of it, the main point is to improve clarity in these, quite frankly, pivotal terms and conditions and be a bit more understanding when people call to raise concern with it.

My display boards were exactly as described, and arrived well within the delivery window. I found them a bit stiff to clip together but there are several YouTube videos to help, and customer services also provided direct advice. The boards fold flat and fit neatly into the bag (which is included in the package).

No continuity with a single point of contact meant I had to keep repeating requests and giving information more than once. This made it difficult throughout the quotation and order process, quite painful and wouldn't use them again.

Discovered this company while looking for a banner advert. With their swift responses to email I was able to supply artwork to be printed. Although the print arrived and wasn’t satisfactory this was due to the file issue. The girls who communicated with me offered a free replacement and support, again all emails were swiftly replied to. They even went out of their way to fast track my order to ensure it arrived before my needed date. Great service!

Brilliant, efficient and professional service. I ordered a 3 x 3 (quadrant) banner for a trade show, within a week the artwork was proofed, printed and delivered. The product itself is very high in quality and clever in the way it is built and stored, the customer service was impeccable. Thank you to Sophie at Display Wizard for being so patient and courteous throughout our 100 emails trying to make sure the artwork looked great. Cheers guys!

Really good quality and fast delivery

Great service, answers were answered quickly. The only improvement I would suggest is making it a little clearer when a customer orders a roll banner that after they have purchased it they will then by able to supply artwork or asking for artwork to be made.

Fair Price, Fantastic Product, Superb Support and their Artwork team was exceptional. I will certainly be using Display Wizard in the future.

The true test of a great supplier is when something goes wrong. My urgent order was overlooked for courier collection but Display Wizard informed me promptly of the error, and subsequently arranged for a same-day courier to deliver the pop-up banner to the exhibition venue within a couple of hours. Full marks for great service Áine!

Overall, I was very pleased with my roller stand from Display Wizard: it was amazing value! There was quite a bit of to-ing and fro-ing with the designer, and I think if I didn't have a lot of experience of briefing designers, this might have been a problem. If you don't have a very clear idea of what you want or you have little experience of working with designers, buy the more expensive package. The designer was helpful and tried hard, and we eventually reached the design I wanted. There was confusion over the delivery address (just an error with the dispatch department) which was resolved without problems, but if I hadn't checked carefully my stand would have gone to someone else. However, the product itself is very good and the price is amazing, so we are pleased with the end result.
