Display Wizard were extremely helpful both last year and during the processing of our repeat order for an additional graphics wall this year. they are also within easy travelling distance which allowed me to collect the orders.

As well as brand new complete items they are always spot on with re-skins of existing products, everything always fits perfectly - saving a huge expense on buying new hardware. Big orders are always packed really well with identifiers making unboxing for multiple teams across our organisation a doddle to sort. Oh and the quality of the print is first class with the repro team always highlighting any potential issues :)

We use the LED-UP systems supplied by Display Wizard for all of our exhibition and conference bookings to create eye catching exhibition displays, that are re-usable and can be updated easily. The roller cases provided for the systems give a perfect storage solution that is space efficient and practical.

United Kingdom | 31 October 2023First set of 2 banners arrived. One with a dent in the base. The other with the banner material falling out from the top casing. Second replacement set arrived with awful printing. They had been produced on a different printer for some reason. Colours were very saturated. Third replacement set arrived which were good. A lot of hassle, the delayed timings meant I missed a fair I was exhibiting at, no compensation so will switch suppliers next time.

I ordered 2 x products from their website & filled in the Delivery Address for the goods to be delivered direct to my client, I expected the delivery to take between 7-10 days. I received a call from Display Wizard a few weeks later asking when we were collecting the items. I was puzzled by this & I emailed them proof that the order clearly showed the items should have been delivered direct to my client. I received an email back stating they were to be collected or I could pay £14.99 to have the goods delivered. Again I sent proof the order stated carriage FOC. I Asked for a manger to ring me but I didn’t receive a call so I rang the next day & spoke to a man (I won’t name) who completely talked over me & wouldn’t listen, he was arrogant & he said I’d ticked the Box for collection & I wouldn't be having Free Delivery it would either be £14.99 for delivery or collection. Why then did it allow the delivery address to be input & there was a tracking button showing delivery to Sheffield on the order. At that stage I was not happy & I therefore gave them 10 days to either send the goods or refund, me otherwise I would take them to court for a refund in full. Nothing was forthcoming so I did just that. Eventually the MD disputed my claim but agreed to deliver the items Free Of Charge. It would have saved a lot of anger from a Customer if the man I spoke to had any form of customer service. I will definitely not use them again - I know Display Wizards response will put the blame completely on me. My saying is ‘The Customer may not always be right but they are ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER.

United States | 17 May 2022Had a bad and frustrating experience ordering a booth stand for shipment to US. Ordered booth stand 6 weeks in advance of trade show to be shipped to my home address in US. FedEx lost the first shipment (I had to chase this up multiple times) and they remade and reshipped the second unit "rush" shipment direct to conference hotel for a 3 day shipment. Shipment took over 10 days to arrive and arrived at hotel a day after I checked out (had to order another booth in the US last minute so we had one for our show). Customer service was very arrogant and abrasive, citing "B2B business laws" saying they had provided their service, booth was received in good order (I've never seen it) and that shipment was out of their hands/handled by a vendor. Long story short I have paid over 1000 GBP for a booth which I do not know the location of. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO DO AN OVERSEAS SHIPMENT. Also would highly recommend looking elsewhere due to their abrasive and unapologetic customer service which has been mentioned several times on this review site.

United Kingdom | 30 March 2022Very pleased with the quality of our cafe barriers however we were missing some parts. The equipment was ordered to be used as an orchestra barrier for our school production. We received the order in February and set it up in March as we didn't have the time or space to set it up any earlier. We ordered 10 banners but only received 8 rod extensions. I emailed Display Wizard about this but the reply stated that 'unfortunately due to terms and conditions they couldn't send the missing parts'. No apology. I understand terms and conditions have to be adhered to, however since this was ordered for a school I would like to think they could at least send us the 2 missing parts as a courtesy considering the price of the equipment!

United Kingdom | 26 September 2021We purchased the “weather resistant” Swinger 4000 Poster Swing Sign from Display Wizard, to use outside our business. Unfortunately the sign part kept detaching from the base in the wind, getting blown away down the road. This repeated damage eventually caused the poster pocket to fall apart. We tried fixing it with Velcro strips but that didn’t last long either so after 3 months we decided to speak to customer services, to ask for a refund or replacement. Sales Executive Amy dealt with our request, asking for photos of the damage so she could investigate. We sent them over with an explanation of what had happened. The conclusion of her investigation was that we were liars, as clearly, in her opinion, we’d pulled the thing apart ourselves, but she’d offer us a 20% discount on a replacement sign, as a patronising “show of good will”. We thanked her for her insulting assumptions, assured her that we are not morons and do know how to use a sign, explaining again that it had been damaged by the wind, so we’d like a replacement under our consumer rights, as the product was not fit for purpose. Amy responded by insinuating yet again that we were lying, and that because they’d not had this issue before, the only logical conclusion was that we’d torn the thing apart ourselves. She was also quick to remind us that because we’d purchased the sign as a business, we don’t have any consumer rights. What a wonderful way to treat your customers and build a trusting relationship! I think the real issue is that the wind outside our business is possibly too strong for the sign to withstand. It is advertised as “weather resistant” not “weather proof”. If your business is located on a pretty windy street, I wouldn't recommend this product. If the response from Display Wizard had been along these lines, and the 20% discount had been offered on a sturdier product that would be more up to the job, we probably would have gone for that. But to respond by insinuating that your customer is a liar and reminding them that they have no consumer rights so can’t do anything about it, is highly inflammatory. The result of this delightful exchange is that we’d now rather get a whole new sign from a different company than give Display Wizard another penny.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2021We Used "Display Wizard" website to buy a product thinking like most it’s probably the most easiest/Quickest way to find what you’re exactly looking for. So that’s what I did I was amazed by the information read that if I paid the extra shipping cost I could end up having my product by 3 Working days "Perfect" I even rang "Display Wizard" on the Monday morning confirming they had received my order ok & generally asked would this product be able to get to me before the weekend as we really need my item purchased before that date & that we’d opted in paying extra shipping costs! For a staff member reassuring this wouldn’t be any issue.. The long & short of it we didn’t get our product when we really needed it not happy with our services at all!!

Even when an item was damaged they made sure to send a replacement asap which was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2019Poor excuse from Display Wizard. Upgraded a high value item for Saturday delivery which was accepted. On Friday, I asked for a delivery note or tracking details and they promised me after 3.30pm on Friday. Item was delivered on Saturday but was missed as I did not receive any details from Display Wizard. Their excuse was that they were too busy to send one so it was missed. Even Amazon sends tracking details for a £1 order. But Display Wizard are too busy to send one when you pay for over £500 item. Opening Sunday event did not receive item. Just disgraceful! Read below the cavalier attitude from Display Wizard. I was never after a time slot. I was after tracking my package as I cannot stay home 9am - 6pm on a Saturday. I would advise Helloprint 👍 better customer service. I think Display Wizard don’t know what they talking about. I finally received the tracking link on Monday. TNT have a tracking system as I could track my package as they give updates when it leaves the depot. Hence why the package was delivered.
