Fact one:I ordered eight marble slabs in 2022, after long-waiting over 6 months they delivered a wrong product, I refused.then they argued with me by all kinds of excuses.laster they re-delivered a product after negiotation,and I made some compromise. Fact two:in 2023, several marble slabs' edges which were sticked by a glue were fell down and broken,I asked them for warranty within one year or replacement.Firstly they refuse to have warranty, later they will replace a new ones to me, then delay and delay, till now they didnot send them to me.during the period,I often emailed her to make the delivery,but Rose always has excuses. This is completely a bad company without any integrity.Anyway,I kept all evidences.
