We had a glass balustrade designed and fitted by IGG, completely transforming the look of our dated staircase. The workmanship was excellent but we were very disappointed with the amount of DIY we were left to complete ourselves. Rather than spending a third of the cost on IGG removing the old balustrade and still being left with quite a bit of DIY to do, we should have attemtped the removal ourselves. What is the point in spending so much money when you are left to do the repair work anyway? Although we found both Emma and Christian to be very acommodating when arranging appointments and payments, we were very disappointed with the attention to detail and sadly found the service unreliable at times. Having said all this, we are truly delighted with the finished look or our new staircase! Excellent job.

They are great. Emma is particularly helpful. Quality is good but sometimes programme suffers which is something they can improve upon. However, if you build in some float that never tends to be an issue.

Good local company. The costs are competitive, we are very happy with the splashback we had done and the owners are in constant communication around next steps. I would definitely recommend.
