Purchased item via tiktok but had to get tiktok to intervene as company was refusing to acknowledge cancellation of order refund was forced by tiktok Then a week later a smashed up box of leaking fluids was received by royal mail who had pre bagged it ready so i could refuse it at the doorstep.

Great prices on drinks and other goodies, great communication with delivery. Me and my partner ordered mystery boxes, which are labelled with different letters, we found the idea fun and so ordered different letters each, the mystery boxes were exactly the same and filled with very sour sweets which neither of us enjoy… so felt we wasted £20 there, no variety and no fun.
