I made the purchase online. Before despatch I was notified of some minor damage and sent a picture of the damage in order for me to decide if I still wanted the table at a discounted price, which I was offered at the same time. The damage had been repaired and I considered the discounted price to be fair, so I accepted the offer and am now the proud owner of the most beautiful table..

We had an amazing experience with Pisa stone who supplied and fitted multiple areas in our home including a fabrication of a bespoke fire place bench, a separate fireplace, a bar area worktop and wall cladding, fabrication of wall cladding in downstairs toilet. All super promptly and great service from start to finish. We had a chip on the hearth for the fireplace and it was promptly replaced. Kassem and is team are very knowledgeable, great attention to detail and great after service. Would recommend.

Customer service has been incredible the whole way through design to delivery. Our fireplace arrived today and looks fab (through the packaging) can’t wait till we are able to open and install!! Thankyou so much team.

We ordered coping stones for our terrace wall, pier and seat. When placing our order, Kasem was helpful and efficient. The stone was cut to our specification and delivered within a few days. Though well packed, some damage occurred during delivery. Kasem offered immediately to recut replacement stone over the weekend and have it delivered within a couple of days. We are delighted with the result and the customer service - very happy to use them again, and to recommend them.

Have used a couple of times now for bespoke pier caps; all of different sizes & 2 "irregular quadrilaterals". All fitted perfectly, they look stunning and I'd definitely recommend them.

A truly great company to deal with. From order to delivery the service provided was excellent. The quality of the stone was great and really did l look like the website photos. The website was excellent to navigate, and made it easy to choose the stone from the photos. All companies should follow this example.

Needed some coping and pier caps for my wall. I ordered from them and left a deposit. I returned for my deposit back as the color did not match. I was worried i would struggle to get my deposit back but the owners were Extremely nice, polite and willing to give the deposit back. Due to their kindness i ended up going back to find the perfect match. Five star customer service and kindness.

Of all the suppliers for my garden renovation, Pisa Stone were the easiest to deal with. I bought the basalt copings which look great on the walls and I couldn't find anything else like it out there Service was great too, swift delivery and good order tracking

I would give this company 6 stars if that were an option. Having been badly let down with an order for 2 stone benches from another company (originally due 29th June, then end July), I contacted Pisastone who could not have been more helpful. I ordered 2 stone benches from them on a Tuesday and they arrived on Friday of the same week and are beautiful. The delivery company were also quite brilliant and positioned them as close as possible to their final resting place. So thank you Pisastone and Irfan in particular who was so helpful on the chat line and came up trumps with the speedy delivery. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for superb customer service and will be ordering a bespoke table to match the benches.
