I found the personal service to be far superior to the others out there. Bottom line is saving thousands of pounds (I forget how much but something like 8k from memory). But a very informative chat also steered me towards a slightly different model that will suit us much better than the one I would have blindly ordered on my own. Highly recommended.

He was also very knowledgeable about the model range I was looking at and helped sway my choice based on residual values. The only slight quibble was the after sales call I had. I’d received a marketing email from them the week before which had a customer review saying that the ‘£20 Amazon voucher they received for using them was the icing on the cake’. Great, I thought I’ll use it to buy a cleaning kit for the new car. When I enquired how to get this I was told by the lady on the phone that only certain customers get the voucher. I know it’s only £20 but it seemed strange why some people get it and some don’t. Apart from this I couldn’t fault the service from C2C - definitely a more personalised service than the other big brokers out there in this marketplace.
