Dreadful products and staff have no morals. The product quality is DREADFUL they fall off / fall apart within a week, they are massively overpriced and furthermore, when you email/ call the company for help or a return, THEY IGNORE YOU! They don’t care about their paying customers, they take your money, send you a terrible product, and then leave you to it! NEVER BUY FROM RIGAKIT!!

DO NOT BUY FROM RIGAKIT!!! I have spent over £400 on Rigakit products in the past 18 months and the quality is terrible. They are extremely over-priced and worst of all - when I emailed them explaining that my £90 BMW badge fell apart and was peeling after just 2 weeks… THEY IGNORE YOUR EMAILS! I have sent them multiple emails asking for help and a replacement for the poor quality products and they completely ignore you. They have no respect or care for their paying customers and they way they conduct themselves as a business is unprofessional and absolutely appalling. I will never be wasting my money on their products again and I strongly advise other BMW drivers to not use them. I’ve spent hundreds of my hard earned money on terrible quality, over priced car badges and the company don’t even have the decency to respond to you when you write in a compliant or query. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!
