So glad I ignored the 1 'bad' review, as Adam is brilliant!! I am a long term Landlord / Property developer with health needs, I have had more bad experiences to date, than good. Adam is a very hardworking and fair tradesman. Polite, eye for detail, has great creative ideas. Very high standard work, non stop working. Excellent plumber and all round high skills in multiple areas. Made many 'difficult' jobs, appear simple and most importantly with a smile. Without a doubt, I will always contact (and only recommend) Adam for any future work, hopefully for me, he will not be too in demand!! Loyal.

I could not recommend Adam less. We have had an awful experience. We hired him through AirTasker to tile our bathroom floor and install two blinds. A week after he 'completed' the work we were faced with all of the grout crumbling between the tiles, the door not fitted back properly so it caught on the new floor and a leaking sink. One of the blinds has also collapsed as the fitting was not screwed into the wall correctly. Adam has now disappeared. We have sent multiple messages, AirTasker has contacted him but we have been left out of pocket with a ruined bathroom floor and having to fix these issues ourselves.

Unlike many building firms, they turned up on time. The task at hand was to finish my porch project with a new door frame and door. Unlike many firms that came before them, Adam made an assessment and gave me a price that evening. In the end the door installed was a high quality oak door and looks amazing. All in all I am very pleased. Great work and very decent and pleasant people to work with.

Very clear and professional communication and very high end finish. I hired Adam to do my kitchen backsplash and replace the sink and tap. He was very professional and did an excellent job of tiling, and the plumbing. He took real pride in the job and the end result was excellent.

Avantgarde! Well what can i not say? Avantgarde completely met above and beyond our expectations for our renovation it’s not the first time but they have been maintaining our business properties almost a decade now but this particular time the renovation was in our own residential home which consisted of building a custom tv unit built into the wall to house a 70” tele and to have alcoves on the side, during the project we decided to have a modern fireplace built in which the team responded to with no problems and re adjusted the whole design and suggested if we wanted to have a sound bar they would happily build it in. We wanted a simple lighting bulkhead in the living room but they said to let them design something special and they did not fail to impress my whole family with the design (the elders enjoy the bright lights, i enjoy the warm dim lights and the kids love the colour changing rgb lights) basically something to keep everyone happy! (We faced few issues whilst it was being built where the wrong lights was ordered and the dimmer switches we’re having issues but they sorted all the problems out without giving us any headache within hours of discovering the issues) We went for marble design porcelain tiles which required many different precision cuts the team had set up a professional wet tile cutting machine outside the house and dealt with everything besides the heavy rain and storm dennis causing a havoc not to forget they had work in a occupied family house they are very friendly with kids. Our bathroom needed re-tiling but we ended up with installing a mono mixer vanity basin (something I’ve always wanted but thought its a big job) but Avantgarde again made the install feel effortless and also installed a new de-misting mirror and shaver sockets on the house. Our kitchen needed a light due to previous issues and mould growing on the corners of the wall from some building issues Avantgarde happily re treated our ceiling walls with special paint quotes and left it looking nice and clean again these little touches made the whole family happy and have faith in builders once again. I’m sure I have missed out many points where Avantgarde really done a great job but right now my emotions have made me point out as much as I could Avantgarde have really and truly done a wonderful project and we wish them all the best for future projects as for sure we will be using them on many future projects hopefully.
