Sam and the team provided fantastic customer service and best in class technical expertise. The team are clearly experts in what they do and I felt I can fully trust them to change my intercom system. The quote they provided was accurate and there were no nasty surprises. Sam and his team (especially Pshemek) were from start to finish professional, reliable, open and brilliant. They not only fitted us a new alarm system but they fitted us new lights, new sockets and gave our new house the once over to confirm our EICR was done correctly. Sam is a great communicator and made the whole process understandable to us. Pshemek is also very professional and explained everything he was doing throughout. Overall, I would never hesitate to recommend Home TechWare to anyone and it gives us great relief that we have a trusted company we can call on if we have any issues in the future (although fingers crossed not!)

These guys helped us replace a few radiators and helps with a fixing a complex problematic boiler issue. The level of professionalism and punctuality is not something I have seen before for this type of work. They are also very pleasant to deal with.

HomeTechWare installed a Ring video doorbell and indoor camera at my elderly mother's home. The installation was partially completed in March before the coronavirus lockdown, but had to be halted when it became apparent that the broadband connection in my mother's house would need to be upgraded to enable the video doorbell to work properly. By the time the connection had been upgraded, coronavirus restrictions meant that my mother had started shielding and for several months nobody from HomeTechWare could work in the house. The installation was eventually completed in August and works well. The video doorbell is linked to my mobile phone (and that of my sister) and we get alerts that enable us to monitor people coming to my mother's house, and to speak to them if necessary. The indoor camera also enables us to check that my mother is safe and well, which has been particularly important given the difficulty of visiting her in person at present. I was impressed with HomeTechWare's service throughout the protracted installation process. The two men who worked on the initial stage of the installation clearly knew what they were doing and, despite the challenges of the antiquated electrical wiring and the low speed of the existing broadband connection in my mother's house, made every effort to get the video doorbell working. They worked tidily and thoroughly, and took care to explain what they were doing. Once the lockdown started HomeTechWare quite rightly recognised they could not send someone to finish the installation until the restrictions eased. They understood the need to safeguard my mother's health and put no pressure on us to finish the job (or to pay for the work already completed). After my mother stopped shielding, at my request HomeTechWare arranged for one of the two men who had worked in the house previously, Pshemek Wachal, to complete the installation. Pshemek made quick work of setting up the video doorbell with the upgraded broadband connection and installing the indoor camera. He talked me through the different settings for the video doorbell and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would happily recommend HomeTechWare for anyone wanting someone to install a Ring video doorbell - especially if the installation is in the home of a vulnerable person where care needs to be taken to protect them at this time.

Firstly, Sam was very aware that we are shielding and came himself instead of a colleague who may have been in contact with someone who in turn may have been in contact with someone who had suspected Covid Secondly, he kept us informed as to when he was coming and spent most of the day installing a stand for a TV. We bought TVs from him which were excellent and reasonably priced. He stuck to the agreed price. Thirdly, Sam is knowledgeable, pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Happy with overall service and installation. Sam and team were very professional and did a neat and tidy job. They were honest and upfront with any issues or challenge they saw before they started. I am pleased with the install, which included flush fitting of the Ring Elite into a rendered brick wall, connecting it to an external Honeywell Chime using a 8v transformer and connect the Elite to PoE switch. Professionally done. Would highly recommend them

I had an issue with my home wiring due to a bird that find the way to reach them. I contacted Sam and on the following day they come to check the work to do. They arrange to come back in a couple of days and completed the all work in less than a day (it was quite a messy job to get on top of everything). Both workers were keen to do a proper good job without waste any time, and they are been professional and tidy. Everything was done in a professional way since the first contact until the final payment. You can feel the support and the fact that they are keen to help.

I came across HomeTechware at a shopping centre in East London, the thing I immediately liked was the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted without the hard sell, this with their expertise in technology gave me all the all the information I needed to walk away and really think about what I needed and wanted for my home. Several months later I purchased the ring doorbell and cameras from a large high street electrical store who offered a installation service, when I tried to book I realised just how little knowledge they had and the offer was a basic fixing it to the wall, I needed more than that to ensure I was getting the best out of the system and it worked for my personal needs, it was then I remembered my conversation with hometechware and I called them. They were excellent immediately they offered me the advice I needed over the phone again no hard sell, instead the offer to come and give a quote when I was ready. I had the team come to install the ring cameras and at the same time the Lightwave system which means I can control my lights from my phone anywhere in the world. When considering where to install the cameras at the back of the house they gave thought to things like the smoke from the boiler and how that would set the motion sensor off. I was really impressed with the service I received, they fitted the devices and set all the technology up on my phone to my personal preferences and then took the time to show me how to use it, it’s rare to get the complete package. The knowledge and expertise of the team is second to none, we had a technical issue with one light switch, they persisted patiently until it was worked out. I mention this as for me it’s important, the positive can do attitude is what every customer wants, I have had a lot of builders in my house over the last year and the amount that hiss about how difficult something is... it was just so nice to have someone say “it’s no problem we will work it out” The team are really pleasant and friendly, they work hard and left no mess on any occasion I’ve had them round. The most important thing for me was their level of expertise, when advising me before buying the lightwave for example they went through the different options the benefits and drawbacks which has helped me make the decision of what is right for my needs. On any product I have asked about they have extensive knowledge and when I want to explore a solution for a problem they again come up with different options. Finally the after sales, when I’ve rang with a question I get a timely response, I had a problem with the doorbell unit which in the end needed me to go back to ring, the support I received to try and resolve the problem and then to deal with ring was fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommended the hometechware team and will be using them again.
