Don’t buy!!! The email for customer response bounced back as the wrong watch was sent. Thankfully I stopped the financial transaction, watch finally arrived though, so we checked it out. The bezel doesn’t work. DODGY!!!

Bought a seiko GMT watch. After wearing it for just one day, the bezel fell off. Zjani is unwilling to exchange or fix the watch. Rather, they are sending me a new bezel and some two sided tape. I have no idea if I will be able to install the new bezel and I'm shocked they won't take responsibility to fix a new product like this. Beware!! Taped bezel?

These watches should be sold for 20 dollars. Buyers beware! Don’t let the fancy website and high prices fool you. Not water proof, bezel doesn’t click like other watches in the price point, and it’s poorly made. Don’t be fooled.

The zjaniwatches.com Seiko Milsub Mod with sapphire crystal is a really nice watch. Whoever calibrated the movement did a nice job. I'm losing less than 2 seconds a day which with break-in should be about perfect (the movement will speed up slightly during break-in). Many "replica" and custom watches come from the factory with terrible calibration. The quality is very good and it rides the wrist very nicely. It looks like a Rolex Submariner and the case is the same size except being a little thinner and lighter which leads to more comfort on the wrist. The rotating bezel is also thinner than on the Rolex Submariner. I know this isn't a Submariner clone but I just wanted to let people know the differences from that classic watch. Bezel alignment is perfect and the hands are the correct length but their lume is much weaker than the lume on the hour marks (the daytime color of the hour marks and hands match perfectly though). My only complaints are the weak hand lume and the "patina" orange of the lume. It's just a little too orange and doesn't look quite like natural lume aging. Even with those minor complaints I'm very happy with the watch and may order one of the zjaniwatches.com Seiko GMT mod watches.

Can anyone explain if the seiko is battery operated or not? If not, how do I set the watch in motion?

I ordered a vintage milsub watch with a nylon strap. I received the product about eleven days after ordering it as it was being shipped to the U.S. The watch and strap combination look fantastic! This is my first Seiko mod watch, I collect different types of watches but this one is very nice. The size is perfect for my wrist, it’s not heavy and it’s thinner than I imagined it would be. In fact, I’m wearing it as I type this review 😊 The case, the dial, strap, etc. all look so nice. I was reluctant to buy a mod watch but have no regrets on this purchase. The submariner watch on their website will probably be my next purchase. I had a great experience with this company and they weren’t hesitant to respond to my emails. They get an A+ from me.

I've dealt with 100s of customer service individuals but never one that can out do Daniel. And that's no small thing. I've owned and managed several complies both large and small. In doing so I've been responsible for various CS teams. Without question Daniel is the best I've ever experienced. To put this in more context, I can be a very difficult customer. I ask 1001 questions and can very picky/pesky. with this noted Daniel was never, not one time, annoyed or frustrated (or at least not that I could tell. That in itself is amazing. As for the watch itself --- perfect..! It truly is a wonderful piece of craftsmanship. So please do not hesitate if you're looking for a great watch at a very reasonable price point give them a try. You will not be disappointed in Zjani's product and certainly not Daniel's customer service.

I was a bit hesitant to order a watch from such a new website at first, but I gave it a shot and I'm glad i did. Ordering was easy, the price was great, communication was everything I wanted, and shipping was fast. Most importantly, now that I've had the watch for a few months, it's terrific as well!

Ordered a watch in December for myself for Christmas. My fault for late ordering at busy time of year. Watch arrived before the end of the year. Great communication by Daniel via email regarding the shipment. Once dispatched their tracking facility was great and I could follow my watch as it made it to my door.
