My experience is poor and unsatisfied. I bought them with defect. I sent all proofs to them. But they just don't wanna answer, they answered only once per 3 days or last time even week. They're waiting on some reply from warranty department and I'm waiting with them from 9th of September (still in process, waiting for my 80 pounds. No answer). So, try to avoid and buy here in the future. It isn't worth 20-50 pounds (price different on boots) from another website because you can't return anything.

Do not go near this company. I ordered football boots from this company 5 weeks ago. The order did not arrive. I emailed customer support at least 10 times to get an update on the status of the order. They just kept on sending me the tracked shipment link. I then received a notification saying my order has been delivered but it never came. Two weeks ago Royal Mail confirmed that the order was being returned back to them (sender). Royal Mail confirmed the order was returned to them last week. I have asked for a refund but they have ignored my emails. This could be a scam as other customers seem to have had a similar experience.
