Não defraudou as expectativas. Compra fácil, site indutivo e simples. Infelizmente, e já não é a primeira vez que se sucede, a caixa do artigo vem danificada. Isto acontece sempre que adquiro chuteiras ou sapatilhas na goalinn. Sei que poderá ser no transporte, viagem, manipulação, etc. Mas fica aqui a oportunidade de melhoria. Obrigado.

Nunca me mandaron el pedido (que compre el 1ro de diciembre para que llegue antes de Navidad) y recién hoy me dicen q está fuera de stock que lo puedo cambiar por un équivalente y solo me dan unas cuantas posibilidades. Un desastre, no recomiendo

Just ordered football boots . we ordered eu4.5 and they are now trying to send us EU44. I told them . even showed them that while they are preparing shipping....not yet shipped . They wont change the order . what a sh1t service ....Never use !!!!!!!!!!!

Return number 5772739 - I brought some football boots for my husband, there was a glitch on the site as when the boots arrived they were a kids size 11 not an adults size 11. I contacted Goalinn on there website and they said they would give me a free returns labels to send the boots back. I couldn't download the label, I contacted them again, they then refused the free returns label and said I would have to pay for shipping myself which was £10.99. I sent the boots back and tracked the parcel every few days, it took nearly 3 weeks. I have checked again today and the company has refused the parcel and the parcel is now going to be sent back to me. Please don't waste your money on this company. There customer service is shocking and now I'm £50 out of pocket for the boots and shipping.

Hice una compra que supuestamente llegaba en 3-4 días y a los 12 días decido ponerme en contacto con ellos porque el estado del pedido no cambiaba, y me dicen que el producto viene de otro almacén y que no saben cuándo llegará... Era un regalo de navidad y me quedé sin él, jamás volveré a comprar aquí.

The package was left in my rubbish bin..! I only found this out after I emailed, ie I was not told before hand. If I hadn’t it would have been taken away as rubbish! Also, somebody signed for it, but seems that was the courier themselves..! The product is as anticipated, but it took weeks to come..

Jag beställde julklapp till sonen den 8/12 och har varken fått varan jag betalat för eller hört från företaget när jag sökt dem. Nu väntar jag på svar och hoppas att någon från företaget kanske ser detta .. just nu är jag inte alls nöjd med företaget och kan inte rekommendera deras produkter .
