I'D NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED RAW RABBIT MINCE FOR MY 3 DOGS (SMALL BREEDS) WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE RABBIT WOULD BEEF BE OK I SAID ASLONG AS IT'S A CHUBB AND SHE SAID YES, HAD TO WAIT OVER 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. WHEN IT CAME WASN'T CHUBBS IT WAS SINGLE BOXES 20 OF THEM, WHEN I DEFROSTED 1 FOR MY 3 DOGS MY PUG ALMOST CHOCKED, THERE WAS LOADS OF BIG BITS AND WASNT MINCED UP ENOUGH. I CONTACTED LANDYWOODS AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT THEY SAID DONATE IT TO A DOGS HOME AS THEY COULDNT TAKE IT BACK. THEY EVENTUALLY CAME TO COLLECT IT AND DIDNT RECEIVE MY REFUND LIKE THEY SAID I WOULD SO I CONTACTED MY BANK WHO GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY LOOKS THEY LOOK AFTER CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN WITH THEM A WHILE.

Just received the delivery of knuckle bones at 11.59am 15/09/22. Box soggy & torn & looks like its been trampled on. The bones have defrosted & I expected them frozen. Had a message from Landywood on the 13th to tell me it had been despatched for delivery next day the 14th. Stayed in all day waiting but no delivery. This is my first order with Landywood & I'm not impressed.

I phoned my order and found out I'd missed the delivery which was that day and would have to wait 3 weeks. I only had 6 days of food left and as I hadn't been on a call list they couriered my order for the next day. It came in freezer sacks which were brilliant as it was still frozen even though it was late afternoon before it arrived. I am now on a call list. Fantastic service, thank you.

Been using landywoods for over 15 years and have been extremely satisfied. Had a break for about 6 years due to no room for a freezer, but have come back now I have room for another freezer. My 3 dogs love their dinners and the quality is really good. The staff are very cheerful and helpful.

Feel the whole thing poor. New packaging terrible. Salmon not processed correct have to remove bones. Won’t be using in the future.

Absolutely appalling service. I had an order placed that was stated as available at time of order, but still hadn’t been delivered over 6 weeks later. They eventually refunded, but only after several requests for an update. No proactive communication from them!

My order arrived over a week after it had left the depot and totally defrosted. A shame the delivery service is so poor as my dog liked the actual product, but I no longer shop with Landywood as it's impossible to plan for a full freezer of dog food with them.

The order you sent did not have any dry ice with it and was just packed in a normal box so some was defrosted. This has happened several times. After ringing you did give me a credit note but still not very good as it keeps happening.
