The print I ordered has very different colors than the actual painting. The real thing is shades of white and this print is dark and muddy. Maybe that’s more about the source image than the quality of the print itself, but I still expected the print to look like the actual painting. I’m so disappointed.

My print arrived on my doorstep with extensive damage to the box, which could have only occurred during shipping. The entire length of the print inside was creased in intervals. Fortunately, McGaw Graphics was quick to make it right for me. Very appreciative!

The prints were blury

Order arrived two days later, much earlier than indicated. Expertly packed in circular container, but without permanent bend. Very high quality copy of original, extremely happy with purchase. Having 13 by 19 painting in front of me, in $20 frame, inspired me to do additional research on this key piece of Impressionism history. Discovered additional aspects of picture that had escaped me.

Arrived in timely manner, well packaged and in perfect condition. Will be ordering from you again.

You never sent an email telling my my order had been shipped like you said you would in the confirmation email. As a result my package sat outside for 2 days and would have for even longer had I just happen to stop by the location it was delivered. I then sent an email telling your company about this and never got a response back. Also a small thing your cite never said or at least I did not see it when ordering that your giclee prints are on textured paper which I do not care for.

I appreciate the quick delivery. However, you should allow the ink to fully dry before shipping the photo to the customer. I was excited to surprise my husband with the beautiful photo, but I could not frame it right away, because it smelled Terrible! I had to allow the unrolled photo to hang out by an open window for 2 days to get rid of the odor. Other than this, the photo is BEAUTIFUL!

Superior grade graphic print! Perfection! Very well packaged. By far the best graphic prints you can buy, museum quality. I spent $700 framing my print, looks phenomenal! I will have this print in my home for the rest of my life.

Website isn't clear about returns or how your will be received. There was no followup after purchase about shipping or anything. Be sure to ask LOTS of questions up front as there are no returns. Didn't get answers very quickly.

We have already purchased 5 or 6 posters of Warhol and we love the quality of the poster and the website is very friendly, also delivery is smooth and posters are good packaged and arrive in good shape. We will definitely buy posters from McGaw graphics every time we need.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I purchased a giclee poster that I assumed would be a canvas. I immediately emailed and asked for a return label as I needed to EXCHANGE the poster for a canvas. The response was that they do not accept returns due to all orders being custom-made. This is so disappointing. I attempted to call and explain the situation and was again told that no returns or exchanges would be accepted. This is the first and last time I will order from this company. This could have been resolved very simply. I don't think a company that prides itself on same day orders should hide behind "custom" orders as the excuse for a poor return policy.
