My family and I have been using this service for about a year and I have no complaints. This service has accommodated our mother's changing needs, including being mindful about ensuring that we have have a consistent carer. Forgot to post this in August 2023 - after a very bad experience with a HomeServe plumber, they made it all right by giving me compensation to hire an unaffiliated plumber to fix the issue. No delay, no argument, great response.

Team in the office are amazing dealt with my situation perfectly, I’ve had a couple follow up calls from them regarding the care for my grandparents and I’ve been very happy to use serve Homecare. I’ve always had updates on the times the carers are turning up and any issues such as lateness have always been sorted from one of the colleagues in the office.

Serve carers always go above and beyond, the carers are on time, have a high level of patience and most importantly, work with a smile! I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work!

On a typical day of work, I have to meet most of the personal needs of a client, such as showering shaving bathing washing and many more.And when you know you have made a difference on your clients life and that to me is rewarding, no matter how heavy your work load can be.as well as being part of an amazing team.

Serve homecare really looked after my grandma. The managers are always on the other side of the phone ready to help and I know I can trust them to check in on grandma, especially being really far away. Thank you to the managers for always taking my call.

After a rather bumpy start things are settling down. The carers themselves are delightful, cheerful and thorough, Connie the manager is always very helpful but punctuality is still an issue.

I have had various carers since 2003 and Serve Homecare are the most competent carers I have had. They come in every morning with a smile, do a good job with my personal care and then work hard with my domiciliary needs. They are prepared to go above and beyond what is needed.
