Very satisfied with the purchase. The bag came well packed and on time ( as per the delivery option provided). The bag is very nice. Has so many pockets and compartments to keep baby stuff. Price is great too, got it on discount. Pockets and compartments are indicating how to organize baby stuff. Easy to open and close. The bag can be carried on one shoulder or as a backpack 🎒. Very pleased and will recommend to friends.

Love the nappies for night time only nappies baby will sleep all night with! Contacted them about a couple of missing packs of hand wipes missing from my order issue resolved that day and wipes received within 2 days!

The products are amazing and one of the few nappies that does not cause irritation but I have a subscription and I have now been waiting a week for the delivery as they are out of stock. This would not be a issue if they was stocked in stores.

Excellent nappies. My son suffers with hives and some nappies cause a breakout; Mum & You nappies do not! We have uses both nappies and the nappy pants and they are fab.

I like that these products are biodegradable and child safe

Absolutely love these nappies. Suuuper soft and comfy. Cool patterns. Full supermarket nappy benefits and so much better for the environment what a win! I wish the gov would support mums who make choices like this as it makes so much sense!

Great products. I have been a fan since the birth of my first child 3 years ago... Great quality nappies. Never a nappy rash. Good for the environment. Practical with monthly subscriptions. I have never looked elsewhere.

I put my order in on 28th November and nit had any communication from Mum & You plus my order hasnt arrived nearly 1 month later.

You gain points as a member but if you have a subscription running then you can’t redeem any of the points against an ongoing subscription so if this is your sole purpose for using the site then your loyalty essentially means nothing. I like the wipes and nappies but the only other suggestion I would make would be to try and capture prem/tiny babies and potty training toddlers (size 7/8). There are a lot of great products on offer, I just feel there are a few areas where improvements can be made.

Face The Day is an amazing product. I use it every winter. Even the youngest child can “apply” it themselves. Highly recommend.

Only eco nappies that have not given my baby rash

Service was good, delivery fast but unfortunately the product (body wash) have my baby a rash immediately after using, just once. She's not had anything new to eat and the rash went away the next day and not come back as we've not used the wash again so it's unlikely it was something else.
