Having purchased a 3 month supply of eco-nappies for my first great grand daughter, my grandson advised me, after trying the first month's supply that they leaked and suggested I cancel future orders but the second month's supply arrived and then a refund was refused for the final month's supply. They are expensive and as I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the final batch I was most disappointed that this was refused. I rarely cancel orders but in each case that I have done so the suppliers have been most compliant. I am disappointed. Angela Harty, Cornwall.

Good quality, excellent fit and no nappy rash. Definitely prefer this brand to others. Tad more expensive than other brands but for quality, goodness and convenience its worth it. Improved delivery service and user interface meaning you can adjust details, frequency etc independently and efficiently.

Very responsive and helpful, couldn’t make the change I wanted but made a good suggestion for an alternative fix.

We use cloth nappies during the day, but needed something at night and for when we went away. These nappies are the only ones I've found that last through the night and keep my daughter's skin dry at the same time. Bonus for being eco friendly! Good prices, love the subscription option and the nappy pants for wriggles! The wipes are so good, they never dry out (as long as they are kept sealed) and are biodegradable

Amazing soft nappies lovely design and thin so baby doesn’t look bulky. Great customer service and print delivery. Well worth the subscription.

Tried to contact via email to cancel a subscription and a week later and still haven't had a reply. Poor customer service.

Excellent service and great diapers. I moved here with my toddler a year ago from the America where I was using Hello Bello. I was afraid to try a new brand so after trying 6 or so brands I found Mum & You and have been very pleased with them. We have had no leaks or diaper rash and the customer service has been great. While I do miss Hello Bello's cute designs it's not really the point and I'm happy to have Mum & You on my daughter's bum!

This was a good company but I'm unsubscribing. Randomly they use the delivery company 'DX Express' but fail to give them my house's name. DX Express then drive around aimlessly and I have to reschedule a delivery and give them my full address- time-wasting and bad for the environment! Not worth the money either. Not compensation ever offered.

Mum&You always offer a great service,and they are efficient,friendly and helpful if you have a query too. Good quality products,great ethics and a lovely team of people....can't ask for more than that!
