Because I couldn’t find the right fit for my baby nor the quality, I have tried all different brands of nappies and even had to result to non eco ones which I didn’t ever want to because I wanted the best for my babies skin. I found with all other brands that the nappies also didn’t hold much and we’re prone to leakige. I swear by Mum & You nappies. The material is none like any other nappy, so soft and comfortable for my baby. The designs are bright and fun and my baby loves them. They hold a lot so great for the dreaded Poonami! Their service is great and reward scheme very beneficial. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

We love mum & you they are excellent nappys and have much less of an environmental impact, plus the subscription makes it very easy.

Nappies sadly haven’t turned up by the delivery date. Still no details from the delivery company as to when they are likely to arrive. Contacted company, main feed back is to wait. In most cases wouldn’t be an issue but I am running low on nappies and will have to buy more at the shops if don’t arrive today.

Mum&you nappies/wipes are perfect for kids, They are so soft

I have a subscription for my newest little granddaughter and her parents are very pleased with the mum&you nappies. We are all delighted to be using plastic free, comptable nappes. The only issue I have is with finding the webpage to amend the order, size of nappies, frequency of delivery and so on. Can the link to order amendment be more accessible please? When I click on My Orders all I see is a list of orders already delivered and no link to make changes. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Service has always been great. Bit of a mistake with my last order but as soon as I got in touch this was sorted immediately and correct items were sent. Communication was brilliant as well. I'm a very happy customer!

Tried to bring our subscription forward as we needed the nappies - no delivery turned up. Messaged and a second delivery was sent out a week later (not by special postal means). It arrived 2 days later and is the wrong sort of nappy. Communication from customer service has been mostly prompt but would have appreciated a bit more help. If ordering nappies early - it’s because we are great need of them! If I need to supplement by going to the supermarket it voids then meet for the subscription.

Love these products, the nappies are really soft and the wipes are soapy. Customer service is excellent. It’s really easy to adjust your subscription, I’m always adding stuff, adjusting delivery frequency. So pleased I discovered this company 😀😀😀
