Everyone i’ve spoken to from customer service have been really helpful and friendly and resolved any issues in minutes. Also very easy to navigate and they send you reminders which is also very helpful, especially when taking out a loan which is over a couple months

I've had a couple of loans from Smart Pig, never had an issue and it definitely comes in handy when you're a student. I had a few issues setting up my card to get a loan more recently and spoke to Grace on the phone. She was so lovely, helpful and a credit to the company.

Unbelievable🙈 they keep asking additional documents and when you give them - they reject it. I know everyone that comes to borrow money usually in trouble,but at this point Im not sure Smart Pig has enough money to land… waste of time!
