Wish I'd found these reviews before buying. Ordered phone through wowsher so thought I'd be safe. However still haven't recieved the phone even though it should have been delivered by now. Tried emailing every day and calling. No response from either. This company should be shut down and wowsher are terrible for selling their products. Avoid!!!

Poor customer services as you do not get a reply through their email. Unable to contact them. Ordered item on Sunday for next day delivery with a cost of £12.99 which I want refunded. I haven’t received item still haven’t even had a confirmation email that it’s even on its way yet. And now I’ve read all the other reviews I dread if it's even going to work when we eventually get it. Will never use again

Ordered an IPad through Wowcher. When the IPad eventually arrived it was in awful condition and could not be set up. Whenever I tried to set it up I was greeted by error messages insisting that it could not be set up and I needed to contact Apple Customer Services. I then found out that it was the property of a hospital and it was remotely locked to the NHS Trust. Tried to contact Wowcher with no help. Tried to contact Hate My Phone and no one ever answered the calls or responded to my contact attempts. Having looked online I was concerned that the iPad was not obtained and sold in good faith and may not be legitimate therefore have returned it immediately. Avoid this company at all costs and think twice about using Wowcher!

Ordered an IPad through Wowcher, my payment went out straight away, I got a delivery date via email, I then got a message that I needed to pay a further £9.99 p&p ontop of what I had already paid. The delivery date came and went, Wowcher don’t deal with problems so I email Hatemyphone and got no reply, no acknowledgment of my communication, waited a further week and emailed again with no acknowledgment again. A week later the IPad arrived in a disgraceful condition, glue and lots of smudges on the screen, took an hour to clean off. I would never use Hatemyphone again, and I am deleting my Wowcher account. Disgraceful customer service/support from both parties.

Ordered I pad air with wowcher not recieved it cannot get any reply from hate my phone money wasted

I purchased a Galaxy A 15 in June, and it is by far the WORST phone I've ever used. I absolutely hate everything about it. My daughter has the same phone, and she hates hers as well. When answering a call, there is a delay from when you tap answer, and the time when the caller can actually hear you. It's about a 5 second delay, so oftentimes, the caller hangs up thinking you can't hear them, or are not there. That's for starters, but I hate everything about this phone.

Should be called "HATE CUSTOMER SERVICES" not Hate my Phone. Absolutely terrible and criminal company. I bought a phone on eBay and they told me it had been sent. What they actually did was print off a postage label so it showed on the system as sent. They gave me a Royal Mail Tracked 48 tracking number which RM have confirmed has NEVER entered their system. Now that they have FINALLY refunded me, the identical phone with the IDENTICAL item number gets relisted again on eBay. Draw your own conclusions but I would advise STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a Samsung phone from here. I never recieved it, and I have emailed the company several times, but have no reply. I paid extra for quick shipping, but still have not recieved it. It was meant to arrive by now, and they have not given me a reason as to why it hasnt come, or when to expect it. I expect better communication or a full refund. EDIT= after a very quick reply from the company on here, I have boosted it to 5 stars. :) and it did get delivered as promised

Received a tablet that wasn't the spec it said it would be . Utter crap. I know it was a lucky dip for 30 inc post. Which cost 10 which I didn't see . Was it highlighted.? Can't do anything in it. Thought it would be ok for basics but waste of money don't buy anything

Received an iPhone that will not turn on or charge. I don’t get why you wouldn’t check the phone before sending to a customer. Advertised as very good condition get there is a big scratch on top of phone and phone was dirty when I opened the packaging. Even the charging cable that was provided was filthy

Scam company don't waste your time and money Royal mail have said it's not been sent loads of people are having issues with them . Asked to cancel order but was told to late 9 days later nothing it's quicker to buy from China then these clowns

This company are seriously having a giraffe no phone arrived no tracking available no response to 15 emails no answer of phone to head office and about zero chance of this phone actually arriving.luckily paid by PayPal so will get a refund but what is the actual point of this company.???avoid at all cost unless you want to bang your head repeatedly off a brick wall.
