I've recently ordered a scanner. No email communications even after a week. I was shocked to see on the web site that they now stopped trading. Hoping that Lisa us going to contact us soon and arrange either for a refund or delivery of scanner. Fingers crossed....

I needed to buy a scanner that was to be purchased by my employer. Lisa was super quick to email me and assist in the procurement process. Nothing was a problem. Thanks Lisa, appreciate your professionalism, it’s very refreshing, where good customer service seems to be going out of the window.

Fantastic service. Genuine sense of care and responsibility to the customer. I bought a scanner which turned out to not work through no fault of BMI. Technical Support at Epson agreed to replace it but would only offer me a refurbished scanner in place of my brand new one as that is all they had. I let Lisa at BMI know what was happening with Epson, she immediately called me to offer me a brand new scanner and would resolve the issue with Epson. An issue that had taken weeks to resolve with Epson, addressed in one phone call with Lisa and I had a brand new scanner the next day. I would not hesitate to use them again. Great price and fantastic service.

BMI solution is one of very few companies to provided an added value service with the purchases made from them. A smooth and prompt transaction and almost immediate dispatch from stock for next day delivery. They've kept us informed throughout the process and their customer service is unrivalled. To be able to provided the best competitive prices and win customers is a great achievement but to demonstrate a fantastic level of service makes this company as our favourite for imaging equipment. Lisa at BMI provided us with excellent service and support for our scanning needs. Because we were not able to previously see and test the scanner that we were recommended to buy, she managed to arrange that a demonstration model be couriered to our offices for us to test before making the final decision as to which machine to buy.

After quite a bit of research, I bought a commercial scanner via BMI Solutions as the price was market leading. Notwithstanding, the service was exceptional. We did have some initial issues with the machine, no fault of BMI, however, Lisa went above and beyond her remit to help us resolve. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your scanner needs.

Freed up loads of space wasted on old documents and records I needed to keep. Like many had a massive backlog of paperwork which I needed to get rid of. Ongoing need for scanning these days is low so hired a scanner from BMI Solutions. Excellent service delivered when promised and for me easy to return in person on a trip to Bristol.

My only issue was that it arrived a day later than I was expecting alough this wasn't a problem on this occasion

I have used at least 3 different B&M store's, the staff are helpful and polite, if I had anything to complain about! It would be that on more than one occasion I have purchased things that are either out of date, or parts missing.

Phoned in an order yesterday lunchtime, it is arriving this afternoon. Invoice emailed through and follow up email to let me know the order was on it's way and the time of delivery. A fabulous service, I highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again.

Having sent BMI and email query, Jason phoned back in person within the hour, confirmed my request and that we could make the order now over the phone. Lisa took the order, sent me VAT invoice and followed up with a tracking reference and also let me know it was to be delivered that day. Service like this is hard to find today, as smooth as an online order but with a human touch. Not only that but I made a 3 digit saving over the same item on Amazon. I would highly recommend BMI for anyone that needs a service like we remember but with the efficiency we've come to expect in business today. Well done Team BMI.

Having received from BMI very helpful advice regarding the scanner I was interested in, I placed an order after 4pm one day and the scanner was delivered at 9 am the next day. I'm very impressed!

Found BMI Solutions using a web search, only wanted an Epson V550 scanner. Contacted them for price and availability, Lisa's follow up communications were really helpful, price beat others and scanner arrived early the following day. I couldn't ask for a better service and thoroughly recommend them.
