One of the items I ordered was showing available but I was informed that it wasn’t actually available. The customer service was excellent - I was offered a refund or replacement and also a code for a discount on a future purchase. Once this was sorted (v quickly) I received my order within a couple of days and my daughter and son-in-law loved all the purchases for my grandson.
