Fast great service looking forward to using again

The quality of the kit itself is good as you would expect of a NIKE product but I was disappointed to find: Despite the high cost of the kit postage still has to be paid on top. When spending this amount of money with almost any online company postage is included for an order of this value. It seems because this it is uniform and there is no other option parents are a captive audience and therefore postage is added to the cost. Also although the school badge is embroidered the childs name is printed instead making the kit appear lower quality than the price tag suggests. I'm not confident the print will stand up to the frequent washing needed. Worth noting the size of the tights are also very small compared to other NIKE products, my daughter is size 8-10 but needed a medium tights.

I purchased a Joma Campus II sweatshirt and everything seemed fine. I received confirmation of my order and that it had been processed. Then I received an email which explained the item was OOS and that an alternative was offered. Unfortunately, I was after the specific top to match the rest of my football squad and declined the alternative and asked for my money back. After that, everything went quiet, I’ve had no refund to date and no item. I’ve not had any response or contact from them since their original request to take the alternative item. Update: I have now received my money back and have had commmunication after posting negative feedback on here. It seems they had a problem with their automated email service.
