Really bad company, They sign you up with one price, but end up paying shockingly higher price.

I have used Chris at Catalyst for the first time with our electrical renewal, and with this year being so important with the price hike, it was important to use the right broker, Chris gave me great and accurate advice, that has meant my company can carry on for the next 12 months, great service, great people, great advise!!!!

Total waste of time! Looking for a business quote and they advertise an online instant comparison and when you actually go on their site, there is no link, just a form to get your details. Online chat can't give you the link either because there obviously isn't an online comparison tool at all. Very underhand tactics which completely put me off using them.

We have introduced business to this brokerage in all good faith and are still fighting for commission long overdue...endless excuses, obstacles and false promises make it an ongoing battle. It's a shame that this company appears not to have any shame about this mistreatment not to mention the fact that they are quite literally biting the hand that feeds them! I am currently seeking advice about enforcement action. Not because it's a lot of money they owe but because they should not be allowed to continue with this poor business practice. Small businesses like ours rely on honesty and reliable payment...if your business does too, I suggest you refer your clients elsewhere for their energy.

Trust pilot are forcing me to change my review!!! Beware of this company, they have owed me money and have refused to pay me the money they owe me and now i have filed legal action against them. I have pursued them for over 1 year and they always seem to ignore my request. Also when i put my experience on trust pilot they keep reporting it and so do not be fooled by the trust pilot reviews. I have full proof of money owed, correspondence with catalyst and the court documents. Use Catalyst at your own risk.

As an energy consultant, UCR Energy, I am extremely disappointed by the pittance of referral commission paid and regard the company as very greedy especially as quality business has been referred to Catalyst. However I can not fault the admin.
