To be human is somewhat of a paradox….that is to accept ourselves just as we are, and at the same time to evolve to the highest version that we can be. This paradox also extends to us noticing the little things in life and yet seeing the bigger picture. Each journey is personal and along the way we seem to form a personal tool box or medicine bag that helps us navigate our human experience.
