My phone was delivered in just a few days, all set up and ready to go with CalyxOS. Mat was extremely helpful in assisting me in customizing the interface so everything was just the way I wanted it. He responded to my emails within 24 hours; usually within the same day. He even helped with things that were not strictly phone-related, like the JMPchat VOIP service (which includes a free month when purchasing the phone from the Digital Privacy Shop). The best measure of a company's performance is when things don't work out exactly as wished. The S6 Lite with Lineage didn't meet my needs. There was no way to tell until it was in hand with the required apps loaded. The Tab was great, but just couldn't run the app I most needed with the screen resolution present. Lineage was Ok too and didn't really play a part. the 1200X2000 screen just couldn't do the job. The return and refund was prompt and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to try again if another Tab becomes available for LineageOS.

I was hesitant at first, thinking it could be a scam or they would put something nefarious on the phone, but ended up extremely pleased. Legitimate phone, in the original case with all the original bits. I installed a couple virus and malware scanners (which you should do on any device) and used them after set up. All clear! Also good email updates on order status and quick shipping. Only issue I had was my audio jack dongle doesn’t work fully but that is honestly my own fault for picking a phone without a jack lol

Mat was extremely helpful in educating me on the GrapheneOS and the transition from a regular Google Pixel to a degoogled Pixel phone. He also helped me with exporting contacts from my damaged Pixel phone.

Great customer service. I forgot my password and I emailed Digital Privacy Shop about forgetting my password, and I got an immediate response on how to reset my password. Also, I was contacted the following morning after making my purchase because there was an issue with my purchase and a change had to be made to my purchase. I liked the prompt notice that my purchase had an issue to prevent a delay with receiving my purchase.
