The shipping on this bad boy was fast. I live in Georgia, USA and it got hear in a few days. That is impressive, considering covid closures and Christmas season. On another note, The product itself seems used. It has a little smudge on the side of the door bell like someone tried to install in and the prongs that plug into the device showed signs of wear too. The product description never said it was refurbished or used or anything, so I feel a little upset about that, but honestly, it works, it is out of stock everywhere but here and I need this doorbell. So overall, it was too bad of an experience. My credit card was declined at first because it thought the website was fraud and then the doorbell potentially being used was not too fun, but the shipping was fast!
