Their website states guaranteed delivery on all orders placed before the 22nd of December. I placed mine on the 12th, it was dispatched on the 18th but has never been delivered. I tried calling them, emailed and also send a message on FB. Still no reply. Almost a month since placing the order.

The item is very beautiful, the only thing i would have added was some kind of package apart from the plastic one of the shipment. If it had broken during the shipment, the blanket would ha mve been damaged.

Have been waiting for a refund. It was delivered to them 11 days ago and I have emailed and messaged their social media for an update with no response. Where is the customer service?
