The product itself was great but it took over two week to deliver and despite tracking apparently being available, it wasn't. The link provided was a URL for Google search. It was almost like being trolled.

The product is gorgeous, I’ve been looking for something like this for years and just had to have it when I saw it, even though it was a tad pricey. But the quality and the finish was really exceptional. You pay for what you get. Was a tad shocked by the volume of packaging in the box it arrived in though.

I ordered a few last minute Christmas items which included the sacred heart crackers - they were in stock when I ordered them but by the time of dispatch they were apparently out of stock? Usually online stock systems identify out of stocks at the time of order, so I’m not sure how this kind of thing happens. But also the email to tell me about this detailed a different style of Christmas crackers …. So was it my original crackers that were out of stock or had the system muddled them somehow with the other style? Really disappointing. But on a positive note, the items that I did receive were gorgeous! And the refund for the “now out of stock” crackers was added back into my account straight away with no further actions needed from me - so that part was great service. I’ve been a customer of RSG since their online business started many years ago and their products have always been fabulous and the service equally fabulous - maybe just need to update the online stock system to prevent this kind of disappointment for customers? Still Love you though RSG!!
