My order arrived super quick the way it was packaged was great as my order was not damaged in any way.My order was better than it looked on the website i would use this company again a 100%. I thought my order was great value for what i paid.

I love this dinner service! Being the only one here I have plenty of crockery to use for different courses. Food looks stunning on the black! And having cleared the plate, "bon appetit" looks at you to announce exactly what you feel! I can say that the fluted edges and white border on the plates, side plates and bowls is an understated lovely finishing flourish. I really love this stoneware crockery. Also useful is that it's safe in the microwave. Another coup de grace by Rockett St George! Thank you girls!

Promo discount was not appplied to item ordered. Turned out this item was not included in the promo. Sent it back. Then it went into sale. Really??? RSG disappointed. Very easy for customer service just to say no rather than consider long term loyal customer retention. You lost my sale and loyalty for an item that in any case went cheaper in the sale !!

Loved the items, the packaging, the delivery time line and indeed the delivery itself. Only thing I will say is that my wife (who also shops with Rockett St George) got a text notification about its impending delivery which was a bit awkward given the items were/are a suprise gift for her. Not sure how this happened? Maybe the delivery address being the same for both of us or something?

The bird is beautiful and great quality - I’m thrilled with it! It looks absolutely perfect on top of the Christmas tree, exactly how I’d imagined it. Service was extremely prompt and efficient. Can’t fault my experience in any way - would definitely purchase from this company again!

Excellent online purchase of gorgeous cushions and when I made a mistake with my order they helped straight away, I’d highly recommend them for products which are really quirky and unique and also for customer service.

Gorgeous candle holder , really unique and good quality One slight complaint it came in such a huge box it was ridiculous for the item size , perhaps better packaging would reduce costs and the earth !
