Great selection of products and exactly what I was looking for - but packaging was atrocious; the items weren’t wrapped securely in a box that was much too big. Poor delivery meant that the box arrived trashed - was half expecting my items to be damaged but miraculously, they arrived intact.

Prompt delivery, well packaged and lovely quality light shade. Wish to also say how impressed I was with the customer service. I inadvertently had first light shade sent to my previous address. Customer service looked into this and confirmed what had happened. The new owners kindly returned the light shade. I then received another email from yourselves advising if this and generating a refund. All of this by their own volition, excellent customer service.

Great unusual merchandise, love my purchases as they were gifts and the recipients loved them. Just the package was a ridiculous size for such small purchases. Three very small items in a box the size of a coffee table with loads of packaging which was left out in the rain by the courier until it literally collapsed. He never even rang the door bell, luckily the items weren’t effected by the drenching!

Items were well packaged, looked exactly as described on website and were delivered in super quick time. Overall extremely happy with my purchases and excellent service. Thank you Wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again.

The items l purchased were absolutely brilliant. I thought the quality of the Christmas sacks was superb but the delivery company were absolutely abysmal!! I am disabled and rarely go out so to be told that l had not been in twice when they had tried to deliver my package, when in fact l was in the whole time and they hadn't bothered, was infuriating. I emailed the company having tried to ring them on the number provided but no one picked up and was point blank told they 'had attempted delivery'. It took a further week for my goods to be delivered. Rockett St George you need to change your couriers!!!

Excellent products , things you just won’t get on the high street and high quality, no problems with delivery can’t in a couple of days .

The planter arrived quickly and with no damage. I absolutely love it! I can’t wait for the plants inside this pot to grow.it will be a great attraction in my garden, when my friends come around.
