Absolutely love Rocket St George, however, my first and only order was disappointing. I say that because I ordered on-line, paid for items, two items I duly received, however, the third item after a couple of weeks was confirmed out of stock. Subsequently refunded after several weeks, however, would much prefer when ordering on-line that stock logistics are correct to avoid paying upfront for an item that turns out to be out of stock, then waiting weeks after the purchase event for a refund.

One item arrived damaged but it was replaced and delivered the next day

Lovely products! Super customer service. One of the glass candle holders I bought arrived broken so I contacted customer service with a photo and a replacement was sent out immediately. The options were for me to return the broken candle holderto receive a refund or for a new one to be sent and for me to dispose of the broken item. Clear and simple and efficient, friendly service.

I have never purchased anything from your company before but was looking for a new floor lamp for the landing at the top of the stairs went on line to have a look purchased a black and white striped floor lamp was do pleased when it came earlier than date given was boxed very well so pleased with the lamp the next day I ordered the matching table lamp that also arrived earlier the expected they look incredible would definitely recommend your company hence the 5 star review Annie Northants

My order arrived really quickly and was very well packaged. I had purchased two of the same item as a birthday present.Unfortunately,there was a huge discrepancy in the weight of both items which made one of them a little unstable. Customer service was really friendly and helpful.

We were given a gift card for our wedding with a 1 year expiration date. We spent an entire year trying to find something we liked, and eventually ran out of time. I asked if we could extend our gift card, but we're only given a 30 day extension. I ended up buying something for my work office instead and the unit has arrived with a bent leg.
