What a refreshing change. I was offered a good price for the pens I was selling. I posted them on Saturday morning and had a text at 9:15AM on Monday to say the pens had been received and the payment transferred to my bank account. A great mix of an internet based business giving exemplary personal service. A pleasure doing business with them.

I rang this company as I had some pens to sell and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful, I sent photos of the pens to him, he quoted me a price which I gladly accepted, I sent the pens off to which he acknowledged he’d received them and within 30 minutes the money was in my bank. Really good communication and very fair price given for my Mont Blanc pens. We agreed the price based on age/photos of my pens and within an hour of them receiving my pens in the post (they ask you to send special delivery which is not expensive and safe) they put the money in my account. Very professional and friendly, I will definitely recommend them to other people looking to sell pens that they no longer use.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. As an NHS Doctor, I an used to dealing with professionals but not in this case. I sent my Montblanc solitaire pens photos to this dealer for appraisal. After some haggling I was offered £650 for my pens which were in top quality condition with the fountain used only once or twice and worth more than I was offered. I was assured this was a good price as the market for used pens was low. This dealer stated he would only pay on receipt of the pens which should have started alarm bells ringing for me. Once received he immediately started down pricing the pens claiming the fountain pen was faulty and the gold plating was rubbed off. I am not an expert so I spoke with Montblanc in London and sent then loads of photos of my pens I was convinced this dealer was taking me for a ride. I complained as was told by the dealer he would put a reply to my complaint and that no one would believe me. He then increased my offer by another £100. From someone who was claiming it would cost in excess of £350 to put my new pen right . You decide. My advice go to a reputable dealer only Doctor Parsons

First class service received from Dylan Stephens Pens, polite, prompt, efficient and friendly service, fair pricing and very prompt payment. In this day and age it can feel very strange sending off an expensive item without having received any payment at all, but there's no need to worry, within an hour of Steve receiving my pen, the money was in my bank account. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Many thanks.

totally worth 5 stars. no jokes. trustworthy buyer. excellent estimates . I was really reluctant to send my Mont Blanc pens without payment first. but Steve reassured me to check reviews on Trustpilot . I sent the pens with Royal Mail 1pm delivery . Steve texted me 10 am next morning that he has received the pens and asked me for bank details. 10 mins later I have the agreed payment amount in my bank account. highly Recommended.
