To GLS Spain / TecTake Iberica It is disappointing to write this letter of complaint regarding the customer service I have received from both the above companies. I ordered my outdoor furniture in English on the 18th of February and was informed by TecTake that my furniture order had been delivered to GLS and would be delivered in the next couple of days to delivery. I emailed TecTake that the delivery instructions were in Spanish, I ordered the furniture in in English, I am a guest in Spain so I only speak basic amount of Spanish, sorry to say I am not fluent in speaking Spanish. I was told by someone at TecTake, that GLS was a Spanish company, and if I didn’t understand the delivery instructions to find a translator!! “Insulting to me” I repeatedly entered the Tracking number on GLS’s tracking service, only to be told it had not arrived at the GLS Distribution I repeated this several more times. I finally received an email from GLS that the delivery day would be the 24th of February, I wasted a full day waiting in my apartment for the delivery which was never delivered on the promised day. Please tell be that I can expect my furniture today, and maybe you can inform me of the delivery date and time, hopefully I will not have to wait all day again ? Yours disappointingly Robert Bates

Compré una silla de oficina por 83 eur, LA calidad es buena. El envío fue rápido. Dice que tarda 2 días, pero en realidad tardó 4 días, asi que si la compra se hace cerca del fin de semana tarda un poco más. La calidad es buena y fue fácil de montar.

La calidad del producto es igual a la descripción, los dos motores son silenciosos y muy precisos. La estructura de la mesa es estable, no se mueve a las distintas alturas, desde los 60 cm a los 125. El montaje, siguiendo las instrucciones, se realiza sin problemas. La nota discordante es respecto a la empresa que se encarga del reparto, que en mi caso, no admitia la devolución/rechazo de una de las dos mesas, como consecuencia, el pago por reenvío corre a cuenta del cliente; por la parte de Tectake, la devolución del pedido fue al día siguiente de recibirla.
