He was recommended to me by a plumbers merchant, so I knew that he was a plumbers plumber. Jake ran me through the replacement options and when it came to replacing the tank, he drained it, removed it and replaced it quickly and with minimum impact to myself and my wife. Since this initial job, I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have also been enamoured with him.
