United States | 04 December 2024My husband decided to take the Plunge to have a few minutes to reset. When in the Plunge he is able to shift his concentration from the stressors of life to the freezing cold water, which to him can be excruciating at times, but I can see the benefits after each Plunge. He is able to truly feel invigorated and I can see his stress level has been decreasing. Now for me, I have not worked up the courage to take the Plunge myself (half-person size lady over here) because I am too afraid to freeze (haha). I will one day try it out past my big toe and give you all an update!
