I don't know why I'm giving a review to every company

I ordered my items and I haven’t received it and they don’t respond, they are scammers

i did not receive my items.

It was great.

They had really good service and they also had fast delivery.

در جمع خرید که کردم پرداخت نمودم ولی بعدا از طریق دلیوری برای فامیلی تماس گرفتند که گلپی پیدا نمیشه مه چیزی دگه میارم در حالیکه گلپی در کابل است و شاید هم بخاطر که ارزان پیدا نتوانسته گفته پیدا نمیشه و دوم من صابون خریدم پرداخت کردم ولی تحویل داده نشده وقتی با دلیوری تماس گرفتم برایم گفت خیر است قرضدارت و خانه شما دور است باید بار دیگر ده دالر تیپ پرداخت کنید و همچنان کرم ضد آفتاب چیزی که من خرید کردم نیست یک جنس بدل و کاملا متفاوت را تحویل داده و همچنان پنج کیلو ام تحویل داده که همه گنده بوده اصلا قابل خوردن نیست من نمیدانم چرا اینبار چنین کردین با من

I ordered some drinks, and payed for it. While ordering I filled out my address and the shipping costs was calculated. I payed and later got a WhatsApp message saying they don't ship to my address and I can donate the 52 dollars to the poor people in Afghanistan, or refund it. Since they can't send it, I cancelled the order. Now, even though they did not ship anything, the shipping costs are not refunded. If they lost money by sending and returning an item, I understand they don't refund because they lost money. Now they didn't, and they still don't refund the shipping costs. I wonder, if that's their order of business, what else do they do?
