I placed my order on a Tuesday about 6pm. Initially I did it wrong and phoned up 9.15am wed morning to change the order to next day delivery, my order turned up on Thursday at 9.30 am. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My order didn't go through as there was a technical fault. When I realised I had to go for the more expensive postage. Kids-partystuff gave me a discount although it wasn't their fault. The bubbles and party bags I ordered are great value for money!

I made my order and forgot to put in the voucher code. However, thanks to their wonderful customer services I just wrote and explained my stupid mistake and they did the discount for me manually! I bought some My Little Pony party hats that when the children tried to put them on the elastic kept snapping and i had to keep wandering around re-sticking the elastic back on - this was disappointing. However the order process was easy, I selected the wrong delivery type and the customer services guy was very helpful. Prompt delivery.
