Great delivery service! Arrived on time. Items true to website pic/descriptions. My only complaint is the quality of the party bags (avengers party bags from the party pack). Half of the bags were printed 'off register (blurry) which should have been picked up and returned to the manufacturer as this is a printing fault. I didn't complain to the company as the time frame for returns wouldn't have worked for our party date. Regardless of this I will use this company again.

Had previously used another party website and came across kids party shop when googling for starwars party products. Prices were on the whole considerably cheaper and the products had a better design. Very speedy delivery too. Will definitely use again.

My only query is that the sending is quite expensive

Order arrived promptly 1 day before it was due to be delivered. Good quality party supplies and easy to use website. I also by mistake ordered 1 party box when I actually needed 4. Just bought great decoration for my daughters 6th bday party - I'm sure she'll love the "Frozen" theme balloons and all the little things around.

My payment on my first order was cancelled due to session time out on line. When I realised my order was overdue I rang the company who explained what had happened. I placed order again and received it the next day all present and correct.
