We had a really tricky and heavy garden table to remove. The guys came on time and persisted until they got it out and into the truck. Great work.

I truly was happy with the service provided. The only set back was what I needed collecting was very large, and they sent one person to do a quote which I accepted on the spot- great. However there was only one man and it was a 2 person job, so I helped move and load it onto the truck which was a big task and took 2 loads. Pictures were sent prior so I was surprised only one person was available, and being a smallish female it definitely took it out of me. But still, service was great, very polite and I would definitely recommend- but big jobs make sure 2 people come to collect.

Very easy made the call to arrange pick up. I left in an area they had access too as I would not be home. They confirmed pick up and waited a few days before been charged Everything was clear and honest with a great service

I was very happy with the service

My original review for this business rated them lower end of scale due to fees charged, and time to do the job. Alec, (Business Manger) upon reading the review was quick to try to find resolution, and actually took the time out to hear my complaint. He offered a number of solutions, which were reasonable and fair to the business and myself. I was impressed with Alec's' diligence in trying to find a solution working with me so both parties get benefit. The workers on the job were calm, polite and efficient in performing their duties, and respectful of space. Although a hiccough initially with this job, I would use the business again in the future, in the main because of service by the workers, and more importantly the integrity of Alec to make things right.
