Thank you to the staff and removalist crew at 1300 Rubbish. My phone and internet questions were answered promptly. The rubbish removalists were on time and phoned me on arrival as requested to allow access. The old furniture was removed taking care of the house. I forgot to ask for a receipt, and again the office promptly provided this. A good experience.

You were willing to negotiate and talk to me. Gentleman who picked up goods was extremely fast, efficient, helpful and also quite witty!

Way too expensive. Quotation system is rubbish. I expected final price to be based on the amount removed from site. A minimum rate would be appropriate. Apart from that pick up time was met and driver contacted to advise arrival time.
